The Find Cabins.com Family of Websites Promotes Recreational Property throughout the Upper Midwest! The Find Cabins.com site is the main website that takes you anywhere you wish to go in our family of websites. The Buy Cabins.com and Sell Cabins.com sites contain Rural Real Estate Company Links and their Recreational Property Listings. If you are interested in buying a piece of property, click on the Buy Cabins.com site and then on the areas you are interested in. If you are thinking about selling, then click on the Sell Cabins.com site. Although both websites contain mostly the same information, there are some real estate companies that only work with buyers and some that only work with sellers. The Build Cabins.com site contains Builder Members throughout the area ready to help you build that Dream Cabin. The Finance Cabins.com site contains the Rural Banks, Mortgage Companies, Title Companies, Appraisers and Surveyors that will help you with financing and make your dream happen!!!

The Buy Cabins.com site allows you to view recreational real estate listings for sale in the Upper Midwest. Many of these properties do not show up in "Multiple Listing Services" and the only way for you to find them is through the Find Cabins.com Family of Websites or by chance drive by and see the for sale sign on the property. We provide you with an extensive up to date real estate database to help you find that special spot to get away!
I am interested in selling my property. How does Find Cabins.com benefit me?
The Sell Cabins.com site allows you to search through our extensive real estate database to find a local Member Real Estate Company that specializes in selling the type of property you wish to sell.
How can I tell the difference between one of the "Member" companies and a non-member company?
There are a few ways you can tell:
- Each Member company has a blue "membership logo" after their company name.
- All Member Companies are located at the top of the list of companies in each county.
- Member companies are also located on each county map and the number on their blue map pin correlates to their respective number on the list.
Will I be charged a fee by Find Cabins.com for using your service?
No, Find Cabins.com is a free service to the consumer that is primarily funded by the real estate companies and builders through referral and membership fees and also the financial institutions listed and advertising on this site.
What exactly is Recreational Real Estate?
The term Recreational Real Estate is changing fast. Just a few years ago it referred to property other than your main residence, anything from that Lakeshore Summer Home to the proverbial Deer Hunting Shack in the woods. Today, Recreational Real Estate refers to property that you can enjoy your favorite leisure time at. Many people are making that summer lake home their permanent address or turning the deer shack into a nice Cabin where they can appreciate nature all year long! In other words, recreational property is just about any property that you want to "get away" too and have some fun!!!
Can I list my property for sale with Find Cabins.com?
If your property is located outside the Minneapolis/St. Paul Metropolitan area we would like you to work with one of the member real estate companies located on our site. Find Cabins.com is not in business to compete against member real estate offices outside of our metro area. If your property is located in the Minneapolis/St. Paul 7 County Metro Area we would be happy to work with you to either buy or sell property. You can get more information about our company and view over 99% of the properties listed for sale in the metro area at our Timberline Realty Inc. website at www.timberlinerealty.net.
Do you provide services in states other than Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin and Iowa?
Not at this time. We are concentrating our efforts on the Upper Midwest and will be adding Michigan to the list soon.
